1. Who we are
BublTalk is provided by BublTalk LLC ("BublTalk", "we", "us"), a limited liability company organized in Florida, USA. Contact: legal@bubltalk.com.
2. What BublTalk is
BublTalk is an augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) app intended to support communication for non-verbal and minimally-verbal children. It is a communication and educational tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic advice. Always consult a qualified speech-language pathologist or healthcare professional about your child's needs.
3. Who may use it
BublTalk is designed to be set up and managed by an adult (a parent, caregiver, or therapist) who is at least 18 years old. The adult is responsible for supervising the child's use of the app.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it except where permitted by law, or use it in any unlawful way.
5. Your content
Photos, custom cards, and other content you add remain yours. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you add. Because this content is stored primarily on your device, you control it.
6. Intellectual property
BublTalk, its design, gestures, artwork, and software are owned by BublTalk LLC and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose.
7. Pricing
BublTalk's core communication features are free to use. If we introduce optional paid features in the future, their terms and prices will be clearly disclosed before any purchase, and core communication will remain available without payment.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BublTalk LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll revise the date above and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
